Century Glass & Imperial Glass Join Forces
Century Glass of Columbia has acquired Imperial Glass, Inc. of Irmo. David Charneski and his team at Imperial Glass will operate as part of Century Glass.
“David and his team will allow us to streamline our custom shower door and residential business allowing us to better serve our customers,” said Century Glass owner Randy Wright. “The combined companies also give us increased buying power so we can bring additional savings to our customers.”
The acquisition began with a friendship and mutual respect of each other’s position in the marketplace. “Randy and I shared the same vision for our respective companies,” said David Charneski former president of Imperial Glass. “Century Glass was a great fit as we had the same dedication to customer service and goals for our companies.”
To create a more efficient company, the Imperial Glass location at 7971 Woodrow Street in Irmo will be rolled into the Century Glass location at 5326 Old Bush River Road. The Imperial Glass phone number, 407-6608, will remain active so David and his team can be easily reached.
